Altius Minerals has tabled a non-binding proposal for TNR Gold, after a lengthy courtship period that involved significant stakebuilding earlier in the year and the establishment of significant communication and relations between the two companies. What happens next remains to be seen, but it could be that an impressive deal is in the offing. So how did TNR get here, and why is Altius so interested in TNR?
