World leaders want to regulate ‘which humans’ control AI

Institute of Public Affairs Director of Research Morgan Begg says government’s real concern is about “which humans” control AI. “This statement that the world leaders have signed have said it's about keeping AI under human control,” Mr Begg told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “Actually, their concern is about which humans are in control.”
