GB News host Cristo Foufas took aim at the Labour government’s budget, criticising the decision to spend £150 million of taxpayer money on new large sites to accommodate asylum seekers while more pressing national issues remain unresolved. “Millions of pounds has been found for that in today’s budget… meanwhile, the real decisions that need to be made are not being made,” Mr Foufas told News24 host Danica De Giorgio. “Every second we owe £5,000 more in debt interest alone in this country. “All they’ve done is move the deck chairs around on the Titanic.”
