Trump warns Burnham must act on North Sea oil to stop UK from going bankrupt
Sky News AustraliaUS President Donald Trump says UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham must open up the North Sea to drilling to avoid the nation going bankrupt. “I have a very good relationship with your new prime minister [Andy Burnham], who’s very good,” Mr Trump said. “He’s very liberal, very liberal, but I hear he’s going to open up North Sea oil. “If he does that, you’re going to have a rich country; if he doesn’t, you’re going to have a bankrupt country.”
