Thousands flood Buenos Aires in protest against Milei’s land reform bill

Thousands of people are marching in Buenos Aires in opposition to Argentinian President Javier Milei. Earlier, political organisations called for a protest against the government’s proposed bill on private property, which would raise the cap on foreign land ownership from 15 to 25 per cent. The demonstration was organised by left-leaning groups and labour unions. According to the government, the reform is intended to attract foreign investment.
