Former political prisoner Vladimir Kara-Murza commented on Russia holding its first parliamentary election since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine. Some citizens view the three-day election as a potential opportunity for change. “Real change is not only possible, real change is inevitable, and the best guide to what will happen in the future is history,” Mr Kara-Murza told News24. “The one thing that's very clear from the history of Russia is that failed wars of aggression always lead to significant political change.”
