‘This is shameful’: Albanese Government savaged over ‘dangerous’ Bondi accountability failure

News24 host Chris Kenny condemns the Albanese Government over what he describes as a superficial and incomplete royal commission into the Bondi massacre. “Your own government has clearly not done enough to keep you safe; the Bondi massacre makes that much clear,” Mr Kenny said. “The royal commission he was dragged kicking and screaming into calling has been exposed as superficial and incomplete. “Not only has it failed to examine all the warnings leading up to Bondi, public and private, and has also failed to interrogate the main public exponents of the hatred, but it has also failed to call the prime minister and relevant ministers. “We have a prime minister who is too weak to even front up and have his role and response examined. This shows a dangerous lack of responsibility and accountability. This is shameful.”
