Taiwan launches major military drills aimed at preparing for possible Chinese attack

Taiwan has begun its second day of yearly military drills to prepare for a possible Chinese attack. This year, for the first time, Taiwan will deliberately throttle mobile internet across the island to simulate disruption by an attacker.
