​Sunni Gulf states’ opposition to Iran is ‘intense as ever’

​The Australian columnist Tom Switzer says Sunni Gulf states’ opposition to Iran is as “intense as ever”. ​“A lot of these Sunni Gulf states they have been hit hard by Iran’s ballistic missiles during the last six months,” Mr Switzer told News24 host Chris Kenny. ​“So they are in cahoots, if you like, with the Americans to go to great lengths to make sure that Iran does not extend its sphere of influence in the Persian Gulf.”
