‘No Country for Sane People’: Javier Bardem claims Spain border crisis is a ‘fake invasion’

Writer and Comedian Michael Loftus blasts actor Javier Bardem for claiming the far-right is stirring up fear over a “fake invasion” in Spain. “It’s like Javier Bardem doesn’t want us to enjoy his movies anymore because now you’re realising, this guy might be Looney Tunes,” Mr Loftus told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “I remember he played that psycho Looney Tunes guy in ‘No Country for Old Men’ and now he’s doing it like in real life with ‘No Country for Sane People’. “How can he say it’s fake? We’re watching it … that’s not AI, that’s really happening.”
