Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris not ‘drawing the energy’ they once were for 2028 run

​Democrat Strategist David Carlucci believes California Governor Gavin Newsom and former vice president Kamala Harris are not “drawing the energy” they once were to be the frontrunning Democratic presidential nominees for the 2028 election. ​“I think you’re right, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, they’re not drawing that energy that they once did,” Mr Carlucci told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. ​“I think people are looking for something new.”
