Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial could end with a ‘negotiated settlement’ if a hung jury is declared

Republican strategist John Jordan has raised the possibility of Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial ending with a “negotiated settlement”. “What you may have is some sort of negotiated settlement; I think that is a very reasonable possibility if, in fact, this is a hung jury,” Mr Jordan told News24. This comes as the jury in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial has been sent home for the day and will return tomorrow for deliberations.
