News24 host Rowan Dean says the rejection of One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson’s claim of teachers indoctrinating students with a left-wing agenda is “hilarious”. “Of course the teachers' union are going to claim that there’s no indoctrination going on because the teachers' union themselves are so thoroughly indoctrinated that if you’re indoctrinated, it doesn’t look like indoctrination, so there’s not much light to be shed there,” Mr Dean told News24 host James Macpherson. “But the proof of the pudding is in the eating, of course. If the kids aren’t being indoctrinated in school, then what are they learning because it certainly ain’t the three Rs, it certainly ain’t history, it certainly ain’t geography, or geology, or important sciences. “You only have to look at the results from around the world. Australia used to have one of the top performing education results for kids…in the world. “We were right at the top of the leagues…and now we’re right down the bottom of the leagues.”
