FBI thwarts horrifying ISIS-linked terrorist attack on New York State Capitol building

A New York woman has been arrested for plotting an ISIS-linked terrorist attack on New York’s State Capitol building. According to the FBI, 35-year-old Jessica Bowie has been identified as the alleged planner of the attack after pledging allegiance to ISIS. The FBI revealed in a criminal complaint that Bowie began allegedly planning the attack in July before her eventual arrest on Wednesday. The criminal complaint revealed that Bowie planned to store a bomb in a DoorDash food delivery bag.
