Andy Burnham tight-lipped on taxpayer security costs as Harry and Meghan plan UK return

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has remained tight-lipped over taxpayer security costs of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's plan to return to the country. The Prince has been reluctant to take his family back to Britain on a number of occasions over security concerns.
