‘Disappointed in some elements of the media’ that reported false hope on missing hiker

News24 host Paul Murray sends his “strength and love” to the family of Lily Hooper whose body was found in bushland after being missing for eight days. “The obvious here is no one can get their head around this, no one can get around the fear and the heartbreak,” Mr Murray said. “I am disappointed in some elements of the media who quite unnecessarily focused on that time where there was hope, and there was the false hope. “No matter who you love, tell them that you love them.”
