Councillor urges Australia to follow Mamdani in banning AI in schools

Liberal Waverley Councillor Michelle Stephenson says banning AI in schools is a “really good idea”. “I know how pervasive AI is in the classroom,” Ms Stephenson said. “They need to be able to put thoughts together and understand how to structure everything. “This is a really good idea.”
