Charlie Kirk alleged killer could face death penalty as bizarre not-guilty plea continues

News24 host Sharri Markson reports a judge has ruled Tyler Robinson can face the death penalty if convicted of the alleged killing of Charlie Kirk. “A judge has ruled Charlie Kirk's alleged killer, Tyler Robinson, can receive the death penalty if he is found guilty,” Ms Markson said. “He’s going to face trial for seven charges, including aggravated murder. “Quite bizarrely, he’s so far pleaded not guilty.”
