Austin has a ‘much more liberal cast’ than other Texas cities

Centre of the American Experiment President John Hinderaker says Austin has a “much more liberal cast” than other Texas cities. “Austin is of course the capital of the state of Texas,” Mr Hinderaker told News24 host Rita Panahi. “It’s also the home to the University of Texas. “So those two things give it a much more liberal cast than most Texas cities, and in fact it has a liberal city government.”
