‘The solution is technology’: Australian workforce needs total shakeup for strong economic future

​EQ Economics Managing Director Warren Hogan says the Australian workforce needs to be “re-oriented” as new technologies advance. ​“The only solution is technology. It is coming, and we should embrace it, but of course the courage is going to be to reorientate our workforce,” Mr Hogan told News24 host Peta Credlin. ​“We need to work out how to help people move from one job to another, one skill set to another, one industry to another. ​“I can see a very strong productivity future as long as we start enacting the policies that need to embrace it.”
