ABC accused of misleading viewers with French riot footage taken out of context

News24 host Elizabeth Pipko challenges the network’s presentation of a woman defending her store, arguing the footage gave viewers a misleading impression of what happened. “I think the story here is that ABC kind of played this clip, not telling the truth about what was happening,” Ms Pipko said. “They were alleging that there was someone protecting her own store, when in reality it was a very different story.”
