What’s new in SCDF’s latest ambulance?

SCDF’s new Gen 7E ambulance can be reconfigured to carry two patients during multi-casualty incidents. Other upgrades include side-facing seats that allow paramedics to treat patients while remaining restrained, dedicated air suspension for the stretcher, a four-tier decontamination system and 360-degree exterior cameras. Five of these ambulances are already in operation and will progressively replace SCDF’s existing Gen 6 fleet.
