Unmanned surface vessels to patrol Johor Strait in 5 years: Police Coast Guard commander

In five years, Singapore's Police Coast Guard (PCG) could fully roll out unmanned surface vessels to patrol the Johor Strait. These self-piloted boats could screen unidentified vessels and warn suspicious craft away from Singapore waters. The PCG commander says that the unit has to stay ahead with tech, as maritime threats like smuggling are evolving. Noah Kong reports.
