Student kills classmate and himself in second Philippine school shooting in two months

A school shooting in southern Philippines has left two dead — both students and one of them the gunman himself. It's the second such attack in the country in as many months. The shooter took his rampage live on social media via a body cam he was wearing. Classes have been suspended for at least two days. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has ordered a thorough investigation. The gunman's father, a customs official, has been suspended from duty. The police are examining possible negligence over his handling of firearms issued by the bureau.
