Pakistan's ex-PM Imran Khan to be moved from jail to hospital amid health concerns

Pakistan's Supreme Court has ordered jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan to be transferred to hospital, following concerns about his health. Khan, 73, underwent eye treatment earlier this year. His family and his lawyer say he has lost most vision in his right eye. Khan has been in jail since 2023, convicted on a string of cases that he and his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party maintain were politically motivated. Khan's spokesperson says he will remain at the hospital until Sep 16. Hira Mustafa reports from Islamabad.
