Southeast Asia haze: Malaysia calls on ASEAN to revisit its decades-old transboundary haze pact

The haze affecting parts of Southeast Asia has renewed questions over the region's response to the recurring problem. Malaysia has been among the hardest hit in recent weeks. It's calling for ASEAN to revisit its transboundary haze agreement - more than two decades after it came into force. Amir Yusof looks at why stronger action remains difficult.
