Hotel rates are soaring as Singapore gears up for a bumper week - with some rooms costing up to seven times their usual price. Formula One and a packed MICE calendar are drawing thousands to the city. But the haze could put a dampener on festivities, with air quality repeatedly hitting unhealthy levels. Beatrice Yap reports.
