Property purchases scrutiny: Singapore government refers 8 public officers to police after review

Singapore has referred eight public officers to the police, following a government review into property purchases near planned train stations. They were among 191 officers whose transactions were examined after the release of an academic paper last month. The paper raised concerns about whether some civil servants may have bought properties using non-public information. Sabrina Ng reports.
