Singapore biomedical startups are expanding into China to accelerate the development of new treatments for cancer and diabetes. A*STAR spin-offs Lion TCR and BetaLife are tapping China's vast patient pool, hospital networks and manufacturing capabilities to advance clinical trials and research. But navigating the country's evolving biomedical regulations remains a challenge.
