National Day Rally 2026: TFR still likely to fall short of replacement, says PM Wong

Even as Singapore ramps up efforts to support families, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says the Total Fertility Rate will still likely fall short of replacement. This is is why Singapore must continue to stay open and welcome new citizens, while managing a foreign workforce.
