Enhancing rail connectivity: Completion of Cross Island Line to cut travel time by up to 50 minutes

Four new stations will complete the final phase of the Cross Island Line, cutting travel times to and from western Singapore for residents and workers. The extension will also strengthen the rail network, with more alternative routes. Singapore's eighth MRT line is on track to open in phases from 2030. Charlotte Lim reports.
