All MOE kindergartens to provide full-day service by 2030; pilot in 2027

The Ministry of Education (MOE) will pilot a new full-day programme at its kindergartens next year. It will bring learning, play and care under one roof, with an added focus on bilingualism, to better support children's development and families' needs. The model will start at two centres before being rolled out to all MOE kindergartens by 2030. Chloe Teo reports.
