Four condominium units seized in Singapore’s S$3 billion money laundering case have been sold at auction for a total of S$16.28 million. The properties include two units at Wallich Residence and two at Martin Modern. Most of the other units offered at two auctions received no bids or were withdrawn. More than 80 seized luxury properties are being put up for sale, with the process expected to continue until mid-2027. Noah Kong reports.
