Three rope ladder emergency escape routes were set up on Monday in mudslide-hit Gyirong County, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region. The routes are being used to safeguard crews working to reopen a section of the G216 national highway leading to Gyirong Port, which was damaged by a mudslide along the China-Nepal border. The rope ladders, with a combined length of about 180 meters, connect to safe zones. In the event of a sudden rise in river levels or a mudslide, crews can use the ladders to quickly evacuate to safety. #rope #ladder #mudslide #rescue #highway ๐บ Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:๐ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg ๐ Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imib.cctv For more: https://news.cgtn.com/news/2026-09-01/Three-rope-ladder-escape-routes-set-up-in-Gyirong-for-rescuers-1Q4VK3j4FAQ/p.html Most watched videos: Impossible Challenge: 30 seconds to count banknotes BLINDFOLDED https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmP_Ybj-jws Impossible Challenge: Gymnastics Boy Arat Hosseini from Iran! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sxX--U4c8w Impossible Challenge: How to calm babies in 5 seconds? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR3q9sXM7WA
