Russian drone strike on Ukraine's Dnipro train station kills at least 13

At least 13 people have been killed in a Russian drone attack in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. Officials say the drone struck a train platform at the city's main station. At least ten people have also been injured. Ukraine's railway operator says a heightened threat alert had been issued, but many people were still on the platform.
