WLD Coin surged 15% following a partnership between Thirty Seconds to Mars and World Network. The collaboration aims to offer "human-only" ticket access for an upcoming event, utilizing World ID for bot prevention. This real-world application of World ID's verification technology has fueled adoption hopes and trader interest.
Bots are increasingly dominating online activity, leading to issues like concert tickets selling out instantly and reappearing at inflated prices on resale markets. World Network's World ID aims to solve this by verifying users as real people, thereby preventing automated bots from exploiting systems. This partnership with a well-known band provides a tangible use case for the technology beyond the typical crypto sphere.
