Rapper Waka Flocka Flame stated he supports Donald Trump over Kamala Harris, comparing the choice to preferring Kobe Bryant over LeBron James. This story highlights how cultural figures, even those who do not vote, can influence public perception and discourse around political candidates, particularly among younger demographics and within specific communities.
Rapper Waka Flocka Flame has publicly stated his preference for Donald Trump over Kamala Harris, drawing a comparison to his personal preference for Kobe Bryant over LeBron James in basketball. In an interview on 'Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,' Flocka articulated his support for Trump, emphasizing that his choice is based on his personal opinion, much like his basketball preference. However, he clarified that this support does not translate into a vote, as he has never voted in his life, citing a belief that votes from his community, which he refers to as 'the hood, the trenches, the ghetto,' do not hold significance. Flocka also shared that he learned about delegating capital and structuring businesses from Trump. He expressed a strong negative sentiment towards Kamala Harris. The discussion also touched upon the backlash faced by other artists, such as Nicki Minaj, for expressing conservative views or supporting Trump, with Lahren highlighting Minaj's advocacy for Christians in Nigeria as a catalyst for some of the criticism she received. Waka Flocka Flame also briefly discussed his anticipation of fatherhood.
