United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) announced on Wednesday that it is extending its Bullseye 90 pricing incentive through Oct. 30, providing mortgage brokers with additional pricing flexibility on eligible loans. The Bullseye 90 promotion, initially launched in August, offers brokers a 90-basis-point pricing incentive on one eligible purchase or refinance loan. Originally applicable to conventional and government loans, the promotion now also covers eligible jumbo loans, expanding its reach to higher loan amounts. Concurrently, UWM is removing loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs) on high-balance fixed-rate purchase and rate-and-term refinance loans until Oct. 30. The Bullseye 90 incentive cannot be combined with other promotions like Control Your Price or a temporary rate buydown. To qualify, brokers must submit a credit report to UWM’s lock desk within one day of locking the loan. These adjustments come amid industry focus on LLPAs and pricing competitiveness in the high-balance segment, with UWM stating that removing these adjustments will enable brokers to offer more competitive terms to qualified borrowers and secure more high-balance business. The extension of Bullseye 90 follows several other pricing incentives UWM has introduced this year, including Refi ’86 in May and Purchase Boost 50 in April.
