TDI Infratech stated that it has signed an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the upcoming 53-key hotel. This project, with an investment of approximately Rs 75 crore, is integrated into the company's mixed-use development known as 'TDI Connaught Estate'. The hotel is anticipated to commence operations in the second quarter of 2028.
Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, expressed confidence in Panipat's economic growth, noting that the addition of Ramada by Wyndham will enhance the TDI Connaught Estate ecosystem and align with the company's objective of providing high-quality infrastructure.
