The average purchase price for this latest acquisition was $85,681 per coin. The company has now invested a cumulative $63.95 billion in Bitcoin, with an average acquisition cost of $75,437 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. To fund these purchases, Strategy sold 1.47 million of its common shares, realizing $246.2 million in net proceeds. Of this amount, $142.7 million was directed towards acquiring Bitcoin, while $103.5 million was used for repurchasing Strategy's STRC preferred stock. The company also repurchased 1.53 million STRC shares for $151.7 million, with an additional $48.1 million drawn from its US dollar cash reserves.
