Patna-based educator and social media personality Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, faces accusations from rival coaching operator Raushan Anand, who claims Khan orchestrated the death of Anand's brother, Prince Yadav, in Nepal. Anand made the allegation shortly after being released on bail in connection with a vandalism case involving Khan Sir's coaching institute earlier this month.
Anand claimed that Khan had orchestrated the killing of his brother while he was in jail. "Patna police arrested me on the basis of a false complaint by Khan. While I was in jail, he got my brother murdered. I want justice for Prince," Anand told reporters.
The circumstances surrounding Prince Yadav's death in Biratnagar, Nepal, remain unclear amid conflicting reports. Some suggest Yadav fled to Nepal to avoid arrest after an FIR was filed against him for the June 2 violence at Khan Sir's coaching centre and was later found dead in a hotel room. Others claim he had been injured during the clash and was taken to Nepal for treatment, where he later died.
Khan Sir released a video message expressing condolences to Yadav's family while rejecting any involvement. "I am saddened by the news of Prince Yadav's death. I extend my condolences to his brother Raushan Anand, although the allegations being made against me are false," Khan said. Anand has demanded a detailed investigation and called for Khan Sir to undergo a narco-analysis test.
Prince Yadav was named in an FIR related to the June 2 attack on Khan Sir's coaching centre, where he and others allegedly assaulted a security guard and vandalized property. He had also been accused in a similar attack in 2021. According to reports, Yadav had travelled to Nepal after the FIR was registered and was found dead in a hotel. Nepal Police are investigating the case and have sent the body for post-mortem examination.
