Ripple Hires Brian Beck to Boost XRP Ledger Developer Ecosystem

In his new capacity within RippleX's Ecosystem Growth business, Beck will be responsible for a range of initiatives designed to support developers. These include enhancing developer documentation, improving tooling, streamlining onboarding programs, providing sample code, and fostering engagement through hackathons, grants, and partnerships. His strategic focus will extend beyond 2027, aiming to drive the creation of tokenization platforms, stablecoins, DeFi applications, and other blockchain projects on the XRP Ledger.

Beck's tenure at PayPal saw him lead developer experience initiatives, modernizing documentation and onboarding systems, and contributing to the launch of key developer tools like PayPal's API Postman Collection and a GenAI-powered developer search platform. His background also includes collaborations with major tech companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and Meta. This strategic hire underscores Ripple's ongoing commitment to investing in developer infrastructure to enhance enterprise and startup adoption of the XRP Ledger.
