REalloys is developing a comprehensive rare earth manufacturing supply chain in North America, aiming to provide an alternative to China's dominance in the sector. The company has secured agreements for heavy rare earth feedstock from various allied jurisdictions, including an exclusive deal with the Saskatchewan Research Council and an offtake agreement for the Tanbreez Project in Greenland. REalloys is also constructing a significant metallization facility, designed to produce dysprosium and terbium metals, with commercial production anticipated by early 2027. This facility is intended to meet the demand from defense contractors as U.S. procurement policies shift away from Chinese-origin materials. Furthermore, REalloys has partnered with JS Link to establish a non-Chinese rare earth magnet manufacturing platform, completing the supply chain from raw materials to finished magnets. The company recently secured $100 million in institutional financing to advance the construction of its integrated manufacturing capabilities.
