Magicpin, a food delivery and e-commerce platform, is significantly expanding the reach of its AI assistant, Vera. The company announced its intention to more than double Vera's merchant base to over 10 lakh by the end of 2026. This ambitious target follows a rapid onboarding of more than 5 lakh restaurants and retailers within the first three months of Vera's launch.
Vera was introduced to assist restaurants and retailers by providing real-time order-volume insights, enabling them to better plan operations and manage demand fluctuations. According to Magicpin, the AI platform has facilitated over 50 lakh interactions across various merchant workflows.
Founder and CEO Anshoo Sharma stated that the pace of adoption has exceeded expectations and that Magicpin aims to onboard 1 million merchants on Vera by the end of 2026. Bengaluru has emerged as the leading city for adoption, with over 1.23 lakh merchants utilizing Vera, followed by New Delhi with 1.08 lakh merchants.
