The leaders met in Brasilia, with Lee's visit to Sao Paulo marking the second stop on his three-nation tour of South America. In Sao Paulo, Lee is scheduled to attend a business roundtable involving South Korean and Brazilian companies to explore opportunities for greater cooperation, and will also meet with members of the local Korean community. Earlier in his trip, Lee had pledged to create diplomatic conditions for inter-Korean and North Korea-U.S. dialogue.
