The Israeli military announced on Sunday that it had eliminated two operatives, Hussein Qadra and Mohammed Farra, who were linked to the military wings of Hamas and Islamic Jihad. According to an Israeli military X post, Qadra, who headed the network with Farra, acted under Hamas leadership and facilitated the transfer of more than half a billion shekels to the organization.
Additional reports indicate that the IDF, guided by intelligence from the ISA, has been striking and eliminating a series of commanders in various units of Hamas's military wing and the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization over the past two weeks. These units were reportedly operating to rebuild the terrorist organizations' military capabilities, including their Weapons Production Headquarters and Military Intelligence Unit. Specific individuals mentioned include Muhammad Abu Awwad, Bilal Abu Shikha, Tayseer Shareem, Mundhir Salami, Bilal Musallam, Rabi‘ Mustafa Rabi‘ Sukhweil, Ahmad Abu Shamala, Mustafa Dababesh, and Muhammad Al-Bayouk, all involved in weapons production, intelligence, or financial operations for Hamas.
