Hyperscale Data, formerly Ault Alliance, has sold approximately 100 Bitcoin and secured a Bitcoin-backed credit facility to finance its AI data center in Michigan. The facility carries variable interest rates between 4.5% and 5.0%. The proceeds and financing will support the construction of the campus, which is part of a master services agreement with an unnamed AI infrastructure provider. This agreement is projected to generate over $1.2 billion in revenue initially, with potential to exceed $3 billion if expansion options are exercised. Separately, Tokyo-listed Quantum Solutions sold 1,000 ETH for $1.9 million to fund its own data center business and increased its authorized ETH sales limit. Quantum Solutions' remaining ETH holdings are partially pledged as collateral.
