Gujarat to unveil new Industrial Policy 2026 on June 15

The new policy aims to build on Gujarat's existing strengths, focusing on improving the ease of doing business, advancing manufacturing capabilities, and providing support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It also intends to encourage the adoption of new technologies and facilitate investments in emerging sectors.

Gujarat has established itself as a favored investment destination due to its infrastructure, governance, connectivity, and skilled workforce. The upcoming policy seeks to further enhance these advantages to drive economic growth and industrial competitiveness.

In a related development, Chief Minister Patel recently inaugurated a new Delivery Centre for Hexaware Technologies in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. This centre is expected to create approximately 1,000 skilled jobs in areas like AI, cloud computing, and data analytics over the next three years.
