The delegation is scheduled to meet with State Finance Minister Swapan Dasgupta and has already met with the State Finance Secretary to discuss the establishment of an Indo-French Chamber of Commerce in Kolkata, aimed at serving eastern India.
During their visit, the delegation intends to identify areas for potential cooperation and will be looking into opportunities within sectors such as freight and industry corridors, ports, defense, agriculture, cold chain management, tourism, and logistics.
