AI startup EliseAI announced on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, that it has secured $350 million in funding, doubling its valuation to $4 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures.
Founded in 2017, EliseAI focuses on automating administrative and operational tasks within the housing and healthcare industries. The company stated that its software is utilized in one in six apartments across the United States and recently announced it has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Earlier in September, EliseAI introduced Apollo, an AI "teammate" designed to enhance the functionality of its existing platform, which manages leasing, maintenance, and renewals for property teams. EliseAI also applies its automation capabilities to patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups, covering processes from initial contact through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up.
